We ship worldwilde.

In most cases, every order is processed by the next business day.    Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.  Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of being processed (with the exception of weekends and holidays).

Delivery times range from 10 to 20 business days from the date the order was processed.  All delivery times are subject to product availability and postal conditions.  All orders will be shipped via United State Postal Service.

For your convenience, we also offer express shipping by an independent shipping agent.  Shipping charges will depend on the size of the order and the desired delivery date.

All our prices are before tax and any applicable customs fees which will depend on the country of your choice.

Return and Refund policy:

In order to be accepted, an exchange or a refund must be declared via e-mail to: ctytrend@hotmail.com

Please include your name, order number, and name of the product.  Please specify whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund. Cty Trend is not responsible for any shipping or customs charges involved in the return shipping.

Only products that have not been opened and are still in their original packaging will be accepted for a refund or exchange.  There will be a processing and restocking fee applied to all exchanges and returns.

Once we have received your product we will do everything possible to accommodate your request with all due speed,paid with credit card, the refund will appear on your next billing statement depending on your billing cycle.
